 What is a complete protein?

These are basically 9-amino acids, building blocks for protein, which the body do not make itself
and for them it depends on food what we eat. so all those proteins which are having these all
9-amino acids are called complete protein, and that protein which has missed one to two
these amino acids are called incomplete proteins,(1),(2)

Why complete proteins are important?

As we said earlier, proteins are needed because they are supply house for amino acids and
9-key amino acids also called as essential amino acids are the major requirement from the
body, so its better if we take complete protein so that all the time the supply of this very
important amino acids can be maintained,(3),(4)

What happens if we take incomplete proteins?

As we said earlier, there is a possibility that at least one amino acid may be missing from
your diet and in the long run it may end up with some health problem depending on what

We have to make sure that what amino acid is causing deficiencies must be taken care,
which means in our regular diet we have to add a small amount of that protein which
